Do you know what the most annoying thing in video rentals is? When the store only has a few copies of the latest videos that everybody wants to see. This often ends up in the scenario that someone has to wait for a few more days until the first people who rented them brings them back.
Everybody loves to enjoy a bag of popcorn and other junk food while watching the latest videos whether they be a comedy or drama. Those same people oftentimes keep track of upcoming movies by watching the trailer videos. If they have a widescreen television, they probably spend a good deal of time enjoying it while watching rented videos.
Weekends are probably the busiest and the most crowded days for video rentals. These are also the times when people find the services of video rental outlets not very good, especially when their selections become smaller and smaller because earlier customers already got the best of the selections, including the latest videos. Another problem is when customers pay to rent a movie and fail to return it on time. Perhaps it’s because they do not have the time or maybe they just want to enjoy the movie over and over again. Although there is a corresponding penalty for this action, the penalty seems to not be big enough to avoid this problem.
What's the solution? Be the first customer to rent the new videos. Here are some tactics to make that happen.
- Monitor what the latest video is in your town. Most often, there is about a month delay before that presently broadcasted video will be available for rental.
- Do not count on the services of one video rental store alone.
- When you join a membership of a rental shop, make sure that they are offering an advance reservation for their clients.
- Inquire via phone or personally for the availability of the latest videos on the different rental shops in your area.
- Make an advanced reservation for the latest videos from your favorite video shops.
Other things than you can do are:
- Keeping track of the upcoming movies by watching trailer videos or wave clips on your mobile phones or laptops.
- Joining some online society site that exchanges movie comments and events.
- Checking some of the latest clips posted in the movies sites from time to time to know what to look for the next time you visit a video rental shop.
- Set up an account to rent videos through the Internet, to be delivered to your home.
When all is set and rolling, all you have to do is sit down and watch the latest video with your family and enjoy some quality time!
