How To Get Streaming Christmas Music

The holiday season is once again approaching, or perhaps it isn't but you just enjoy listening to Christmas music anyway. No matter, you can easily listen to streaming Christmas music any time you wish. Just read and follow these simple instructions and you'll be listening to streaming Christmas music in no time!

First, locate and open your Windows Media Player or similar software that can play internet radio stations.

Next, locate the Internet radio button within your media player and click on that. After doing this you should see a list of different music genres listed.

If you are in Windows Media Player, one of these genre options should be 'holiday' music. If you are using a different media player then the title might be slightly different but should still be something recognizable such as 'Christmas' music or something similar.

Click on the holiday or Christmas genre option in the list. This will bring up a list of several internet radio stations that play only Christmas music all the time. Note: if you are using Window's Media Player under the 'holiday' option, some of the stations in the list might be for other holidays aside from Christmas; just be sure to pay attention when choosing your station.  Even so, the majority of the choices will be Christmas.

Next to each of the radio stations you will find options to either visit the site or just listen to the music for the site in your media player. If you wish, you may choose the 'visit' link and go directly to the site to listen to the music from there. However, I usually find that it works much better to simply select the 'listen' link.

Selecting the 'listen' link will immediately start streaming Christmas music from the internet radio station of choice directly in your media player, with no need to visit the site at all. Also, if you tire of the particular selection being played on that site, all you have to do is refer back to the list of stations given in your media player and click the 'listen' link on another one. The previous station will immediately stop playing through your player and the newly selected station will start.
