Using lining paper

Lining paper is cheap and improves the look of less than perfect walls and acts as a base for paint too. Used under wallpaper it should be pasted on horizontally (known as cross lining) to avoid overlaps. Any left over from an unfished roll can be used for drawer liners or kiddies drawing paper.
