Spring is here and you need a new lawnmower. This article is all about how to find the right one for you.
Make a list of features you would like your lawnmower to have. Think about the self-propell feature, what brand you would like it to be made by, the design, the color, the engine, price, etc. Once you have completed your list, go to Home Depot or Lowe's and start shopping.
Go to the lawnmower display and read all the specifications. Try to find a lawnmower that has most of what you want. Most of the time you won't find all the features you want, so just look for the closest to what you want.
After you have read all the specifications, start to narrow it down. If one doesn't have a feature that you want, stop considering it. Also think about what kind of yard you have. If you have a hill in your yard you will probably need more power and rear wheel drive.
Talk to the person working there. Ask about the reputation that each brand has. Ask if the buyers of each lawnmower were satisfied with it.
Once you have learned everything about the lawnmower you want to buy, BUY IT. That is, if you found the one you want. If you haven't though, don't sweat it. I went to five different places before I found mine.
