How To Clean Bathrooms

Keeping your bathroom spick and span should not be a problem. You just need to discover some cleaning secrets. Here are some great ideas on how you can keep your bathroom pristine:

  • Make your bathroom window and mirror sparkling clean. Get a spray bottle. The ideal size is about 32 oz. Pour into the spray bottle a mixture of rubbing alcohol (about a quarter of a cup) and while vinegar (about one-third of a cup). If you want a stronger mixture, you can look for an automatic dishwashing detergent. Add about a tablespoon to your alcohol-vinegar mixture.
  • Keep your glass door, tub, and shower stall spotless. Worry about the alkaline deposits that come from water. They bring about those ugly spots on your glass door, tub, and shower stall.
  • Use car wax to your glass door. Whether your door is made of glass or fiberglass, the car wax can seal their pores, thus, keeping those pesky water spots away. You can reapply the car wax twice a year.
  • Use squeegee for your tub and shower stall. Wiping them down after use can certainly prevent buildup. Sometimes, the buildup is caused by your bathroom soap. So, prefer natural or liquid soap or Dove to save yourself from the troublesome buildup. You can also depend on an orange citrus-based cleaner in your weekly cleaning routine. Spray it on your tub and shower stall and leave it for about 10 minutes. The cleaner should be able to dissolve the accumulated dirt. That totally eliminates scrubbing. Just rinse your tub and shower stall with water and you are done.
  • Let your toilet look immaculate. Get rid of those irritating rings around your toilet. Again, you can blame the nasty alkaline deposits for their presence. How do you solve your problem?  Pour white vinegar into your toilet bowl. You need about a cup or two. Or, add more, if you have strong water when you flush. Do it once a month.
  • Make your sink dazzling. You can take care of your sink at least once a month. You need a baking soda (about a cup) and white vinegar (about a cup, too). Begin with the baking soda. Pour it into your sink. Then, let the white vinegar follow. Leave them in your sink for about an hour or so. After that, you can clean and flush everything with warm water. The baking soda and the white vinegar should be able to fizzle away any unwanted buildup in your precious sink.
  • Save your faucets from corrosion and scratch. Get a piece of paper towel. Soak it in a cup of white vinegar. Then, put the paper towel right around your faucet. Leave it there for a while. Estimate the time needed for the white vinegar to get rid of the unwanted alkaline deposits. After some time, use a nylon toothbrush to scrub your faucet. Rinse it with water and let it dry.

Following a cleaning schedule can definitely make your bathroom looking squeaky clean.
