Apply the same methods as in your interior upper floor windows. Your water and vinegar solution should be sprayed on your windows and crumpled newspapers used to wipe the windows dry.
- Another option for cleaning up your windows from the outside, should you decide against a ladder would be to use your garden hose for spraying out from the window panes. Make a solution of ammonia and water that you pour into your extra hose attachment and use this as your cleaning agent spraying your windows.
- If you have a pressure washer in your household, this can be very effective for cleaning the exterior of your upper windows. This makes the task much easier to accomplish.
