Patti: We are here in my outdoor garden with my daughter here Alahandra and we are going to make a salad for lunch. Are you hungry?
Alahandra: Kind of.
Patti: Well, I am starving and because we have so much fresh lettuce, I love making salads for lunch. Now you have been going to school and now you are out of school so you can have salad, we took for lunch with me everyday. Give me high five! So right here, we got a bunch of French radishes. French breakfast radishes, well see if we can find some, okay. Let us look if there are some good ones. But let us go get some peas and some beans.
Alahandra: Oh! Yes.
Patti: They keep growing all season long so—
Alahandra: So pretty much we have these all the veggies.
Patti: All right, what else can pick. Oh, you know what I love in salad?
Alahandra: Gill.
Patti: Gill and then I have a bunch of—
Alahandra: And basil exactly, can you have hold this for me. I found the gill. I love having fresh basil in the salad. One new vegetable that I am so into the – scale. We are here we pick all of our ingredients from our outdoor garden and we are going to make a salad. It is really important that you wash your veggies from your garden. It is an organic garden so I am not using any chemicals but you still want to make sure that you wash everything. I am Patti the Garden Girl, thanks for watching.
