This review of Solar Quest is brought to you by AppVee.com. Solar Quest puts you in control of a spaceship that relies specifically on the accelerometer to move up and down. The weird thing about Solar Quest is it is one of those games that flips in the opposite direction of mostly the other games when it goes horizontal and that is how you play the game. You tilt up and down and it is in inverted access so you have to keep that in mind. The goal is just to not die and do not hit any of the objects that are floating around, do not hit the top or the bottom of the screen and collect all of those coins and other power ups that you see. Most of the power ups seem to just be lifes and that you can actually speed forward through the level if you like by holding on to the arrow button on the right hand side. Now that is solely built up to warp speed so do not expect it to be a quick boost right away and you can use this to your advantage if you are having trouble getting pass some of the timed obstacles. It is a fun game very easy to pick up and play and considering it saves the last level you are on. It is very easy to put away when you are done playing with it, so definitely check those Solar Quest if you like spaceship type games.
