How is it going everybody, this is Jeff JowersTrainingSystems.com. So supplements are hot topic lately, I have been getting a lot of questions from families, friends, people that are checking out my website, people that are checking on my videos on YouTube so I have thought I had answered the questions where to get supplements from muscle building. Well right now, I am checking out the October issue of Muscle and Fitness right here. You see, who was this Adrian Peterson? So, it was a good magazine. People like to look at this. I mean, so look how hot supplements are. First, couple of pages supplements has mastered milk, BSN stuff. We have no exploding nitrix cell muscle and all of that stuff, label six fat burning stuff, charge extreme pre-workout pump, yeah! Get, it going and we got some body wash, and we got some protein recovery after workout stuff expanding that is how hot supplements are. So it is been really, it is been a hot topic. I have not wrote anything on it, yet but here is my video on it, so we are going to go quickly through what are the best supplements for muscle building. First thing is a good multivitamin. No matter what multivitamins is essential and one package is, you see there little promotion on that muscles and fitness. I like--and we are pack, they are great. Their good strong men, dirty greedy kind of poke of the company I love it! Another good company I like for multivitamin is Apex. Apex is an underground, not muscle underground but made by pharmaceutical company. They are only in gyms so you might see me, might not. I like there stuff. I know where it comes from. So multivitamin is essential that is because basically as you are feeding your body with foods on what now. You might not be gaining the proper nutrients that you need. That is what multivitamins commit. Supplementing with a good multivitamin one or two times day, I mean what is really heard it is like 20 bucks for a bottle of, for like a month. Get it. Get it do it, whatever. Next thing that is really important is a good protein. Good protein I mean, you just saw I had a there is a BSN in there, option, what was it? We got some more protein that you can pick up from a Wal-mart. In here, we have got a, what else we got here from protein? I mean protein is a really hot, hot product. I recommend to get protein that is about 20-30 grams of protein per serving. This is going to really help boost your muscle building needs. A good protein, I mean all companies are good. It is basically up to you to find one that fits you and your taste buds. I use Biotest Metabolic Drive and I will use Apex. If you do not notice, I like Apex about this. I have used Syntha-6, it is good, it got a lot of flavor, it is BSN company. I have also used I mean I have used all kinds, but I mean those are the one that stands out for me with taste flavor, and good high quality protein. After protein is Creatine. Creatine is important. Creatine gets a bad rapid. It is not as bad as it comes out to be. It is naturally produced in red meat so why not take it. All you are doing is ingesting a little bit more. It is going to really help build lean muscle. What you are going to do with creatine is actually cycle it in, and then you are going to basically load for about a week, and then you are just kind of hit normal spot. So, what I do is usually do about 40 grams, or no, about 30 grams a day for about a week. After that in a week that I drop it down in about five grams with just two plateau. That is going to really boost up anybody’s muscle building, and strengths levels, good product. I use Micro Germanise Creatine. And that is, I do not find any of the pills, or hype types stuffs like no explode. Nitric oxide stuff is great. Next thing after Creatine, I really love is a BCAA. Basically branch chain amino acid. That is going to help recover the muscle a lot quicker. Get into another workout a lot sooner, which is great when people are working out really hard. I mean I like to do my chest, my back, everything about four-five times a week. So the faster I recover the ha
