Hi, Keith here. I just want to make a quick video to go on with this week’s tip. One of the problems that we run into sometimes is that we like to put a lot of stuff in our folders especially our desktops seems to be a place where you get a lot of stuff. But you know, often times you looking for something and you cannot find it. Now, is there a quick way to find this folder or this file? Fortunately, there is and let me just show you what this is. You have your desktop here and just make sure you do not have any thing selected, so you just click in the right spot in, your desktop just in case. Say we are looking for like this Ready Made. We know it start with an R, so just push R on the keyboard and there it is, finds ready made. Now, I found reports also and so you can just push R and essentially see what it is highlighting. So, we have three here. We have the Reports, we have the Ready Made and the Recycle bin. Now, let us try the tools ones. Let us say, we are looking for a tools folder and to find it press T and it finds it then press T again so it is finding every thing with the first letter. And that is all you have to do is to see what is highlighted and I tell you what when you got a whole bunch of stuff, this is just the fastest way to find something.
