I'm a sunny southern California gal who is suffering serious culture shock as a result of my recent relocation to Boston. Since I've spent most of my life writing about flash 'n' trash (interpret as: fashion, romance, trends, Hollywood, food), which does not appear to exist here in the Northeast, I'm puttin' those skills to use sharing what little wisdom I gleaned from the shallow SoCal scene, all the while becoming a responsible adult and chasing my masters at a decently respectable school (Haaahvard). At the moment, these crazy winters and crazier motorists are making my skin thicker, my heat bill higher, and my interpretation of "legal driving" more creative.
