I'm a Computer Science Student and Musician from Northern Minnesota. I've been a percussionist and pianist for 8 years and an avid lover of all kinds of music. Teaching both for three years has given me a taste of education and helping others: something to which I am now hoplessly addicted.

I'm also a web designer and programmer who enjoys experimentation with many mediums. By studying under Dr. Sergei Bezrukov, I've learned many styles of program and interface design in Java, C and C++, XHTML and CSS, Server Scripts(Open source), and Assembly Level Programming for Linux and Windows machines. In addition, I've been a computer technician in various positions for almost two years: doing most of my work on Windows machines, home and small business networks, and Linux installations.

In my spare time, I'm an busy writer and reader of the classics and modern literature. As a high school student, I worked with Steven Therrien as editor of a Literary Journal for publishing. I'm especially interested in poetry, essays, and short stories. I enjoy other arts as well and I spend time drawing and studying languages. For two years I have been privately studying Russian and Spanish, but I have also worked on Latin and French.
