[Music-Playing] There are so many types of cocktails that you can make using fresh herbs and I am going to show you how to make a Cilantro Martini. Yes! It’s so delicious! My mouth is watering, so let us get started here. The ingredients for a Cilantro Martini are of course some vodka and some gin. I have some simple syrup here and that is made with equal parts of sugar and water, and then you boil it so that it all melts and combines together. I got my Cilantro, some fresh lime, some ginger that I am going to grate, and of course ice. And now, I am going to squeeze the juice of one lime. And now, I am going to crush the ice. All right, we’re going to take the crushed ice and we are going to add it to our shaker here. And I am going to just grate about a teaspoon of fresh ginger in here, alrighty! I got my Cilantro here, my hand full of Cilantro; I am just going to chop that up, not too finely. This smells so good. I am going to put this Cilantro, add a half an ounce of the simple syrup, I am making a mess. There is never a party without a spill. I am going to put in about two ounces of vodka I am using Gregory’s vodka of course. And let me tell you a little story about Gregory’s vodka. Alright, I got into Gregory’s actually. I have to give the credit to my friend Russell T. Jones, a very talented actor from New York City who now lives in LA. He is actually originally from Cleveland. Go Cleveland! Cleveland Rocks! Next, I have to put in the gin. It’s going to be a half an ounce of gin. Anyway Russell loves Gregory’s, and anytime were working on a movie together I know exactly what he wants. Gregory’s vodka, it’s greater. I have the gin. Of course I cannot forget this fresh limejuice and now the fun part. It is getting really super cold with the ice in here, you can see my shaker is just getting off frosted on the outside and now I am going to take one of my awesome Martini glasses here, pour it. Oh, wow! Look at that. It looks delicious. Smells delicious! Taste delicious too!
