1. Your opponent pushes.

  2. Push your foot against your opponent's knee.
  3. Immediately sit yourself onto the floor. At the same time pull your opponent's arms towards you, while pushing his leg away.
  4. Now grab hold of his arm with both of your hands, in order to reinforce your hold on the targetted arm.
  5. Wrap your leg around your opponent's arm and tuck your foot under his chin. Straighten your leg and pull your opponent's arm against your thigh for an arm-bar.
