Snow BMX racing is an extreme sport that has a very niche following.  Of course, this sport is highly popular in places where the winter season comes hard.  Now, since snow is a terrain that has its own variables, you will need snow-specific BMX gear in order to effectively ride and race.  Fortunately, finding the right equipment and gear is not that hard to accomplish since there are hardcore communities dedicated to this extreme sport that can be found on the Internet or in places where the sport is popular in.  Using these communities and organizations to your advantage will help you get the best Snow BMX racing gear available.

  • Purchase the accessories.  While the bike is primary equipment you will need for the sport, you should not start racing without the other vital accessories such as protective gears and clothing such as a helmet, goggles, gloves, knee and elbow pads, boots, and a padded and insulated ski suit.   These gears can be found in the same store where you purchased or can purchase your bike.  You can buy them of the shelf or have them custom-made.
