Visiting Disney World on a budget sounds like a great idea. This is important to people with large families.  Walt Disney World even offers four value resorts to help people live their dream.  The rooms are affordable and they hold up to four people.  What happens if you are a family of five?  What do you do then?  Well, here are a few ways to solve this problem.

Getting Around the Dilemma
All the value resorts sleep four people or four people plus a child under the age of 3 who will sleep in a crib.  So as long as your fifth person is a child under 3 years old and is willing to sleep in a crib, this should do quite well for you.

A family also has the option of reserving two adjoining rooms.  This is actually great if you have teenagers in your group.  It gives them a little sense of freedom, not to mention the extra bathroom!

For the family who has younger children - this also works well with teenagers - the Family Suites at the All Star Music Resort may be worth considering.  This is a great way to add a little extra space and keep the family together at the same time.  The suites accommodate five people comfortably and six if there is a small child.

The Value Resorts
There are four value resorts in which to choose from and each one has its own appeal.

All Star Movies Resort features five of Disney’s most-loved movies: 101 Dalmatians, Toy Story, Mighty Ducks, Love Bug, and Fantasia.  It also has a pool themed after Fantasia, and there is a pool called The Duck Pond.

All Star Sports Resort features the sports themes of football, baseball, basketball, tennis, and surfing.  The resort also has two pools which are themed for surfing and baseball.

All Star Music Resort revolves around music, featuring the themes of Broadway, Country, Calypso, Rock, and Jazz.  This is also where one can find the Piano Pool and the Calypso pool.  Of all the value resorts, this is the only resort that offers the family suites.  The suites have a living room area and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave, sink and coffeemaker.  There are also two full bathrooms with a separate bedroom.

Pop Century Resort
has guests staying in rooms which have 'decade themes' for years from the 1950s to the 1990s.  This resort has three pools: The Hippy Dippy Pool, the Computer Pool, and the Bowling Pool, and a number of themed restaurants.
