How To Make Beer Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 can (12 oz.) of beer at room temp.

Directions:

  1. Stir flour and sugar together.
  2. Pour in beer and stir.
  3. Pour mixture into well-greased glass pan.
  4. Bake 50 min. at 350 F degrees.
  5. Remove from oven, brush top with butter, and bake 10 min. longer.
  6. Let cool.
