How To Make All-Bran Muffins

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups All Bran cereal
1 1/4 cups milk
1 egg
1/3 cup soft shortening or vegetable oil
Directions:
Stir cereal and milk, let stand 1-2 min.
Add egg and shortening, beat well.
Sift dry ingredients together.
Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture stirring only until combined.
Pour into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 400 F degrees for 25 min.
