How To Make All-Bran Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups All Bran cereal
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup soft shortening or vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Stir cereal and milk, let stand 1-2 min.
  2. Add egg and shortening, beat well.
  3. Sift dry ingredients together.
  4. Add dry ingredients to cereal mixture stirring only until combined.
  5. Pour into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake at 400 F degrees for 25 min.
