How To Make Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken bullion cubes
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp sherry
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Directions:

  1. Add chicken bullion cubes to 2 cups of hot water, let dissolve.
  2. Beat eggs into sherry.
  3. Mix broth, 2 cups water (to equal 4) and salt.  Bring to a boil.
  4. Mix corn starch in cold water and add mixture to boiling soup.
  5. Stir in eggs and remove from heat.
