How To Make Mushroom Hors d'oeuvres

Ingredients:

  • 1 package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 1/2 tbsp onion, minced
  • 1 can (4 oz) mushrooms, drained
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • 2 1/2 tbsp softened butter

Directions:

  1. Mix all together, refrigerate for several hours.
  2. Spread on Rye Bread, put Paprika on top.  Broil.
