How To Make Zucchini Provencale

1 medium onion, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic
dash of thyme
dash of oregano
1 - 16 oz can of whole tomatoes
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
4 medium zucchini in 1/2 slices
Fresh parsley
Grated Romano cheese

 Sauté onion in oil for 5 minutes.
Stir in garlic, thyme and oregano.
Cut tomatoes in quarters.  Add tomatoes and liquid, salt and pepper to onion.
Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add zucchini.  Simmer for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
