How To Make Meat Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1 package jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • Spaghetti sauce

Directions:

  1. Cook shells.
  2. Sauté broken up meat in butter or olive oil until brown.
  3. Mix with egg, cheese, bread crumbs and parsley.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fill parboiled shells immediately.
  6. Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce.  Arrange filled shells over sauce.
  7. Top with remaining sauce.  Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  8. Bake 350 F degrees for 20 minutes.
