Ingredients:
- 1 package jumbo pasta shells
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup Romano cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley
- Spaghetti sauce
Directions:
- Cook shells.
- Sauté broken up meat in butter or olive oil until brown.
- Mix with egg, cheese, bread crumbs and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill parboiled shells immediately.
- Cover bottom of baking dish with sauce. Arrange filled shells over sauce.
- Top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Bake 350 F degrees for 20 minutes.
