How To Make White Chocolate Apricot Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup dried apricots (diced)
  • 2 tbsp peach juice

 Directions:


  1. With a double boiler, melt white chocolate chips until smooth.

  2. Stir in apricots and juice.

  3. Use/serve warm.
