How To Make Bagel Chips


  • 4 bagels
  • 6 tbs olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. With a sharp bread knife, slice bagels into really thin 1/8" slices; each bagel should make no less than 6 slices.

  3. Place as many slices as you can on a baking sheet covered with foil.

  4. Drizzle olive oil generously over the bagels.

  5. Bake on each side for about 5 minutes until golden brown; checking halfway to flip slices over.
