Heat oil over medium heat, and cook garlic until fragrant for about 2 minutes.
Squeeze in lemon juice.
Stir in tomatoes, olives, capers and anchovies.
Cook for about another 3 minutes.
Let simmer under low heat.
Cook pasta following instructions on the box.
Toss in cooked pasta and Parmesan with sauce.
Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle parsley over before serving.
Quick Tips:
Use olive with seeds for a more robust taste. Remove the pits with a sharp knife, and slice them. If you're in a hurry, just crush them with your fingers and cook.
