Ingredients:
- ½ cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
- Fresh ground pepper

Directions:
- Over medium low heat, sautee garlic in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Once garlic butter is fragrant, toss in fresh parsley and cook for 1 minute.
- Season with pepper.
Caution:
Do not brown garlic!
Quick Tips:
Serve over pasta, fish or shrimp.
Replace parsley with chives for a slight variation.
