  • ½ cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions:

  1. Over medium low heat, sautee garlic in butter for about 5 minutes.

  2. Once garlic butter is fragrant, toss in fresh parsley and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Season with pepper.
Caution:
Do not brown garlic!

Serve over pasta, fish or shrimp.
Replace parsley with chives for a slight variation.
