How to Make Costa del Sol Spinach Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups fresh spinach, cleaned throughly
  • ¼ of a large garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ of a large red pepper, sliced into thin stripes
  • 2 tbsp sweet onion, minced
  • ½ large fuji apple, diced into 1 cubic cm
  • ½ cup of raisins
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 3 tbsp of red garlic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp of dijonnaise

Directions:

  1. Toss everything altogether into the bowl and, without breaking the spinach leaves, gently fold until uniformly mixed.
