Jill Williams became intriqued with the world of chocolate making after noticing the professional appearance of a co-workers homemade chocolates. She took a series of courses and soon fell in love with the craft. Now she sells her own gourmet treats and teaches an introductory chocolate-making course at Pasadena City College. In Jill's class, students learn basic techinques in chocolate melting. They then employ these techniques in order to make a series of decadent desserts including chocolate-peanut clusters, and lollipop and classic chocolate dipped strawberries. Jill's class has been featured in various newpaper publication. The Pasadena Star News, The Pasadena Journal, San Gabriel Valley News, and Independent News.
My inspiration is my Heavenly Father, My mother, Carnice Upshaw, and my beautiful daughter, Amani Williams.
