Bio: Lalit Khanna Country Head: Enterprise Consulting and Leadership Development Practice The Gallup Organization Lalit is a Senior Leadership Consultant with The Gallup Organization and Country Head for Gallup’s Enterprise Consulting and Leadership Development Practice. He also drives the Gallup University Practice in the Asia region and is one of Gallup’s top ten Leadership coaches. Lalit specializes across the gamut of Gallup offerings from “employee to customer” impacting solutions, with special focus on leadership development, HumanSigma consulting and employee engagement. He has partnered with top firms to help design and set up leadership institutes and development centers. Key strategic capabilities include organizational diagnostics and strategic employee engagement interventions, design and delivery of training strategies and solutions, HumanSigma consulting, executive coaching for senior leaders, strengths-based development programs, and advanced leadership engagement interventions. Inspiration: My inspiration is to set up my dream project , "The Energy Institute" in the next 5 years which will harness youth energy to bring about happiness and success in this world.
