Lalit is a Senior Leadership Consultant with The Gallup Organization and Country Head for Gallup’s Enterprise Consulting and Leadership Development Practice. He also drives the Gallup University Practice in the Asia region and is one of Gallup’s top ten Leadership coaches.
Lalit specializes across the gamut of Gallup offerings from “employee to customer” impacting solutions, with special focus on leadership development, HumanSigma consulting and employee engagement. He has partnered with top firms to help design and set up leadership institutes and development centers.
Key strategic capabilities include organizational diagnostics and strategic employee engagement interventions, design and delivery of training strategies and solutions, HumanSigma consulting, executive coaching for senior leaders, strengths-based development programs, and advanced leadership engagement interventions.
Lalit has had a rich experience profile in human capital solutions, learning and development strategies, Six Sigma, strategic and operational HR and leadership coaching across Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT / ITES industries.
His primary areas of expertise include organizational development, executive coaching, behavioral assessments, organization diagnostics, and deployment of process improvement tools such as Six Sigma.
