I've been involved in the health profession, muscle work and physical fitness for over 30 yrs.
I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist, Thai Yoga Therapist, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Instructor and founder of a powerful fitness program combining both Yoga and Pilates on a Gravity System called Yoga n’ Pilates. I've also written and illustrated a book tiltled "Wall Yoga" and hope to publish it by 2008.
Throughout my career I've treated/rehabbed many forms of muscular illnesses and complications such as Muscular Dystrophy, MS, Fibromyalgia, Joints Injuries and Back Injuries. I've also treated clients with Depression, Insomnia, and Emotional stress. My Husband Phil, is a Chiropractor and we own a Health & Fitness Facility called Barry’s Health & Wellness Center.
