Rachelle Strauss

Bio: I'm a thirty something woman, living in the UK with my husband, daughter and assorted four legged friends. I've been writing for several years about natural health and ethical issues, just for the sheer love of it. I enjoy empowering others to make positive changes in their lives by sharing my own experiences. I don't live the perfect 'Good Life' but, as a family, we strive to live as lightly on the earth as possible in the belief that everyone doing their bit, adds up to a big, luscious heaping pile of conscious change across the globe.

Inspiration: Nature, my daughter, my cats, my husband and many more great people, circumstances, experiences and situations inspire me. I can be inspired simply by a chance meeting with someone in a shop, the smile of a stranger, a sunset, the first snowdrop pushing through the soil, a flickering flame, the wind playing in my hair or the moon. There is beauty in every thing and everyone, just waiting to be validated and discovered; don't you think?
