South African born mother of two who has a passion for life. Being a trained registered nurse applied herself mostly to private nursing, mostly of bedridden patients with multiple sclerosis, alzheimers and amputees. Cooking has always been a passion and hobby. Now in a late stage of life has discovered a talent for wheeling and dealing in Real Estate and enjoying it immensely. No empty nest syndrome for this mom!!! Love reading, music and movies, all kinds of animals and people.
The simple creativity of food has always been a great inspiration.
