Ryan Bolton: A typical training week for me during base training which consisted of about five days of swimming, five days of biking and six days of running. An average swimming week would be around 20000 meters, an average biking week would be anywhere from 200-400 miles and an average running week, that could be anywhere from 60 to 80 miles.
Scot Moninger: I started leg training, it really has to do with the efficiency of the pedal stroke and if you can work each leg individually and really on in a circular motion, in the end, it's going to make you more efficient and when you think about, there are many, many revolutions that you turn everyday when you are out cycling, being efficient and training that circles is very, very important.
