Well, now is a great time to find those green spots in your yard and dress them up with either colorful leaves or maybe something like this, colorful berries. You know, I brought two types of plants here and the first one is called Pyracantha. This one is actually Pyracantha or often called fire thorn. It is really neat because the growers have actually brought out some new colors to it, you got your reds, you got sort of an orange, yellow, there is deep reds, and there is actually bright yellows. And you can really, you can mix and match them together and they make a great accent, and you know what, they are great for the birds. Birds love them and they are very adaptable, so you can either exfoliate them against the wall, you can make utopia rhythm or you can just put them in to a big shrub. And I got another one here to, this one is called Callicarpa or Beautyberry. And what is neat about this is well, as you can see, this lovely purple almost iridescent kind of purple berry to it. What is neat about it is it comes out into a nice bush, very elegant kind of bush has sort of an inconsequential flower and then as the bush matures, this is a very small one as you can see, you will get covers and covers of this beautiful purple berries. So, next time you are trying to add a little accent into your garden, you may want to try it with berries.
