And that is it. All right, once you have done that. You can go ahead and click Okay. Or I am going to show you different way to accomplish this. I am going ahead and cancel out. After all that work, I am going to cancel out. I will show you why. I would not have made any changes in my color settings. I am going to switch over to the adobe bridge. To get to the bridge from Photoshop, here is what I want you to do. Go up to the file menu. And choose this command right here. Browse in bridge. Or press control shift O on the pc or command shift O on the Mac. The exact same shortcut that used to bring up the file browser now brings up the bridge instead. So, go ahead and choose the command or press the keyboard shortcut. And notice we are back inside the lesson two folders before I renamed the files. For what is worth. Okay, so you can be looking at any folder. It does not matter where you are looking. Go up to the edit menu and choose creative sweet color settings or press that same keyboard shortcut Ctrl Shift K or command Shift K on the Mac. And that brings up a very different looking dialog box, which allows you to select different color settings. Now you should see towards the bottom, best work flow if you do not. Make sure show expanded list of color settings files is turned on. Alright that should help you see it if you cannot see it originally. You will see this description that says this are the color settings Dick recommends etc. etc. That will tell you the right file selected. Notice that you cannot modify color settings here inside the bridge. You can just select color settings. So if you are going to create your own unique color settings files. You need to do that in Photoshop. Save them out and then select them from inside the bridge. And the advantage of selecting the desired settings inside the bridge is that you will apply to all of the creative sweet applications. So you will make sure that illustrator and in the design are both in sync with Photoshop, which is very important, so you can see consistent color from one application to the next. Alright, once you have selected best work flow, go ahead and click apply. And now I am going ahead and minimize the bridge in order to switch back to the adobe Photoshop application. Now if I go the end of menu. And choose color settings. Notice that best work flow is now implemented. Even though I canceled out this dialog box and I did not accept best work flow and I still had the North American general settings selected. The bridge has now instructed Photoshop to use a best work flow settings instead. So, the bridge is command central for all the creative sweet applications. Alright so having done that, I will go ahead and click Okay. Now if I were to open up one of this image files here. One of this little Fisher Price toys is geo track files. If I were to open them up, I would no longer see a color warning. Because the color profile associated with these files, Adobe RGB and my color settings are in agreement with each other.
