Alright attitude, this is the biggest difference. I have seen a hundreds about thousands of resumes that were awesome. They are actually great. This resume – this person is fantastic. I get her on the phone, I get her in person. They are small, they are apathetic, they do not care. It is absolutely awful they got all this attributes on this resume but they cannot convey that to me. So I do not want to pay somebody 75 bucks on a resume, on this, but that is the biggest difference and that is I got to say that I use. There is a lot in translation between the paper and the person. So, you can great resume, type of personality, type of attitude. You can have a so-so videocre resume, great attitude, great personality—that is the person I am going to be attracted to. It all comes down to attitude. Keep that in mind when you are out there.
