Did you buy a prebuilt from a manufacturer or did you build it yourself from parts from wherever else you buy your stuff from. So, first I will talk to you about mine. Mine is a Dell XPS 710, I bought it 2 or 3 years ago from Dell directly. It was a pretty stupid decision as it cost me nearly $2,000.00 and has pretty much a waste of money for the specs that came on it. And as far as that goes, it is not even that good and when you compare it to the amount of parts that you can buy separately with the same money, you can drastically build up a much better computer and enjoy yourself a lot more. So, as far as that goes, if you are looking into building your own computer, you know on of the top sites like Newegg, they definitely have a lot to offer as far as parts are going. They probably on the best prices and if you are a frequent buyer they offer you like -- that, things like that. So, it is definitely not a bad idea that you build your own computer about for people that do not have a lot of technological know-how they definitely turn to buying directly from computers directly from companies. And depending on the company, it might already have been bad of a deal. And if you are looking at a custom builder that sells computers with very low mark up then you might be getting yourself a good deal. But if you are buying from people like or companies like Dell, Asus, and Acers. If you are buying their prebuit computers, they do use quality parts, they are brand new and give you all their warranties but it is a lot of waste of money.09182454583 I mean this is much Dual core 1.7 Gigahertz that came with up 2 Gigs of RAM and 250 Gigabyte hard drive, I believe those are 8600 NVIDIA G Force and that 1700 bucks. Even though it was two years ago, I mean, Quad core technology was definitely being developed back then. I believe that quad core technology was definitely out there. So, easily this was not on top of the line hardware for the price you paid. So this is pretty big and in this case. We got all the warranty and everything but I have another computer that I built completely on my own. And you know that was twice as good as this right here as the Quad core. How hard is it to build your own computer? Mickey: Well, as far as building your own computer goes, you do need a little technological know-how again going back there and you know what, it is not that difficult but there are plenty of guides on the internet that will take you through it step by step then you do end up saving a lot of money and you do not even have to build it yourself. Maybe you have neighbors or friends that are already doing it and they will probably be more than happy to do it for you. Caller: Alright, that is great. That is all I want to know. And definitely when you are looking into purchasing prebuilt computers, you want to stay away from big time companies that will really have market prices. A good example is Apple. Like what I have said before. One of there products, the Mac Pro, it is one of the newer desktop PC’s that you know they can even go to with that 16 gigs of RAM if you buy it directly from the Apple, it costs nearly $9,000.00 and you can buy it separately from places like Newegg where it will be a third of that price and that is a great example of how to buy parts, you will be saving a ton of money.
