People think that if someone get over of their car that is a laming and yes take it back. Where that is not the true.
Peter: If start with your air-conditioning does not work or the check engine light always comes on typically you have to take it back three time
Josh: It is going to three times with a uncertain time. That is the same as you.
Peter: Three to four time depending on the state if it is one problem that has a major injury threatening thing like a break failure they make call to lemon at that point. Under those circumstances you can get them to buy the car back or reimburse use of some money and if you have to hire a lawyer in most states you can ask that the other side pay those lawyers fees. In a lemon law in case you want to take it back to a many facture authorize the dealer so that they have the opportunity to fix it and it is in their records.

Peter: Take is back to a dealership and have the dealership work on it, and have the dealership generate the record in their computer system and ask them t print out that record and give you a copy of it. That is how you protect your self the best with lemon law.
