[Music Playing] Oh, I cannot find a match for any of this woodwork here. What happens if you have got an old home and you want to match a piece of woodwork both either inside or outside your house or maybe you are going to build a new home, do a renovation and you want to create a brand new personal woodwork all your own. What do you do? You have to get it custom milled. The custom milling process starts by taking a sample of your existing woodwork or even a drawing and from that, what the people do is they go head and make a custom knife and they grind this out of special hardened steel on a machine that creates the exact profile of the woodwork you are looking for. They take that custom knife, load it into a machine called a shaper and that is the machine that actually takes raw lumber and produces the finish custom profile. They feed the lumber into the one end of machine and out the other into the machine comes the finish woodwork. It is really that simple. These machines run quickly. They can produce up to a thousand feet of molding per hour and it is affordable when you start to deal on large quantities. Okay, I got you excited about getting custom woodwork. Well, what do you do? How do you buy it? First thing to do is go ahead and visit a local lumber yard or possibly a home center and take in your drawings or your sample pieces and talk to one of the sales people. They are the ones that will get the process started. Tim: Hey Joe, I am ready to get this things made up. Joe: Okay Tim, let us see what we got here. Tim: All right, that is how easy it is.
