So offer traditional Vent Hoods. This particular one is what they call an island vent hood, which is made for islands, which are not when your appliance are not up against the wall. But they also make this traditional units that are wall amounted as well DCS offers a professional vent hood, which is what you are looking at here and then they offer a euro vent hood. And the difference is that they are actually very similar and the difference is that the euro 12 inches tall and the professional is 18 inches tall and so it has been on the style that you like as well as they offer this thing in three sizes to go with three sizes of their ranges. So you got your vent hoods that can be amounted above the unit and basically, they are pretty simple, but they are well made. You got the lighting system that can be adjusted low or high to give you some a little bit more light while you run it and then keep in mind that we will go ahead and turn this thing on for you and let you see it in action. But it is also not rid to the outside of the building so it is a little bit louder than it would normally be in your home. You got different settings here and you got a low, a medium, a high, and a max. (Demo) Same thing, you got a lot of strength here. However, you do have within your different sizes, you do have the capabilities of getting anywhere from 600 to 1200 CFM vent hood and basically CFM stands for cubic feet per minute. That is how they rate vent hoods about how much air they can move. So you do have the options to get those course on your larger units, for instance, the one that goes with the 48 inch range. The vent is actually a little bit larger than the range itself to overlap a little bit for your assembly. Some of those units only come in 1200 and then on the flip side or some of the smaller ones, you may have more options regarding 600 and 1200 CFM. You do have some flexibility with this units and something else that I would like you to take a look at is actually the filters that are used on this assembly. They are stainless steel and ultimately, of course, while you are cooking, this thing is pulling all and eating your smoke out and then here are your filters. And they are pretty easy to change out or rather not to change out, but to clean. You got two pegs here and what you do is, you kind of pull it in one direction, it allows this end to slide out of the slot, before you can take them down pretty easily. What is nice about this thing is, can you see this getting a little dirty on you, put them in the dishwasher and takes the work our of it. Again, DCS is focused and one of their main focuses is, easy clean up and they succeed to get again with their vent hood. We remove this for the paneling. Again, real simple, flip up and it flips down. And here is how this things work. It is probably kind of tough to see when they are in there. But this vents actually sit in. It gets up in there in a slide angle. So the grease and debris, they collects in here. Actually drains towards the middle part of the appliance. And for all of the grease that drains off your filters themselves. They gain into a collection in the middle of the unit. What you do is you remove both filters of both sides and this trail will come right out for cleaning purposes. And stainless steel, it will go in the dishwasher, they made it very easy as for it is clean up on your vent hood itself. Then I will let you all guys to come in here and take a look and once this stuff is out of place, the motor is exposed and they just mount on top of the unit. Again, DCS has done a good job as far as providing a lot of adequate ventilation. One thing that almost forgot is that as we mentioned in the previous clipping, you do have the option on the wall amount assemblies to get the built in radiant heating units if you had a large backboard on the back of the wall unit. You could then use that heating element to keep plates warm and things along those lines and again, DCS they got you covered on all aspects including ventilation and if you have any questions please give us a call. We are happy to help.
