We are going to get this thing pre-heated and it is really so simple that even I can do it. What we are going to do is we are going to pre-heat to 350 and we are going to use the convexion bake feature and it is so simple, all you do is you get convexion bake. You type in your temperature to 350 in a convexion bake, locks it in, just easy as that. We are pre-heating and we are going to check back in with you guys as soon as it is pre-heated.
Hi folks, we are pre-heated. We got little ding a little bit of go indicating that we were at 350° and we are ready to install and I cannot wait anymore, we are going to get this screwed in the and what we are going to be doing is, we got some chicken, some potatoes and carrots and also a pie we are going to be putting all this unit demonstrating the capabilities of the true convexion. Can pertain allowing the food to retain its own flavors. We are not going to have a garlic pie here at the end. And we are also going to be demonstrating again the utmost inconvenience with that concealed lower burner. We are actually going to be putting the bird directly on the bottom of the unit so would allows you to have is 4.3 cubic feet completely usable up wares with some of the competitions that might have an exposed element, it reduces the amount of space that you have within it and so, let me tell you, we are going to get going here. All we are going to do is to get our food in and let our guess take a look. Alright.
Always want to make sure you to use pads here for safety. Slide the bird in right there on the bottom. We put our other goodies here in the middle. What I could have done is, lets you take a look at that. Could just have slid that out a little bit because it slides just so easy. And then we get the desert and have them out like that. Hey guys, men I am starving. Let us see what is going on here. again, some tips I would like to point to you all is again, a large viewing window here, and so, all that I am going to do is just hit my oven light and again just want to show you just how much with this large window, you can see on the inside there. What? Bad news, I do not think we are quite ready as of yet, but you know, that is just one of the features that you have with the DCS oven, you can be cooking while you are cooking. Alright guys, I tell you, fill all the supplies stuff, I am ready to eat and I am excited. Our unit is complete, we got our ding, once our time just expired and again, we got our whole meal all three courses. We got desert with the pie, we got the chicken, and we got our other goodies in that pan. Let us take a look and see how it turned out.
I will pull this rack out. You can always use your little mits for protection. Right, pulled that so easy. Holds in place. Look at that. And here is what is neat is this pie is going to taste like a pie, not like chicken or whatever else. So, we are looking good here.
Have our potatoes and carrots. All the vegetables in. takes a look there. Not to bad. Our bird did not make it but he sure looks delicious. I tell you and again, we had the bird sitting on the bottom rack, we were able to do that with that concealed burner and let me tell, I made it all looks so good here.
