Again, DCS, they got everything, they thought of everything as far as indoor appliances are concerned, and what I like you guys to take a look at is the warming drawer simply provided by DCS. It is a stainless steel you got of course a very attractive stainless steel handle here.
I am going to open this thing up and let you guys take a look at it. But again, this is a warming drawer, 1.6 cubic feet within and basically, this thing is used for you know, if you are running late from work and you would like to keep that food warm, if the kids practice and running too long and you wanted to get everything loaded in here, really, really a convenient thing to have.
You got a variable temperature control anywhere from 90 to 230 degrees here of this control on the backhand side and of course you got your place for all your plates and everything. But something else that it is pretty need is, they got a switch on the backhand side of this handle that controls this air flow through this vents right here and it is labeled crisp per moist.
Basically in the moist position, it closes the vents and allows moisture to click within the warming drawer to keep food moist or you can open the vents if you were trying to keep foods crisp. And it is something that here is the things that I might be a little confused in which settings you wanted warm or crisp, do not worry about it. You do not have to call your mom and your mother-in-law to ask her opinion.
DCS is here to help you within the manual. They got all this stuff figured out for you. They have a variety of foods here and they tell you about the temperature as well as the moisture level in which they found that it works best for the various types of foods that you can cook.
