This tutorial will show you how to use the groups on my contacts. Groups allows you to sort your contacts making it easy when you are sending out a message to your co-workers or friends instead of choosing them individually you can send it to the whole group at once. Our currently viewing shows the groups drop down menu. By clicking on one of the groups, it will allow you to see all the contacts in not group. To move a contact to a group you select the boxes over here and then add selected to a group will create a new contact list and call this one friend. Once they have been added to a group you can go to your current reviewing and select that group and they will displayed so here they are. To remove somebody from a group click on the pencil. It will list the groups that they are apart of so we can remove them from this list by clicking the remove link. This would not permanently remove them from the system just from that group. If you would like to delete them from the system you will click on the red X. You can also add contacts to a group when you are entering them in individually. Down here you can see, you can choose the group or you can create a new one. Sorting contacts into group is a powerful tool when making group calls.
