This tutorial will breakdown how to dial on my calls, calls reports work. Every time you place a call through dial my calls you are going to get this report on how the call went. You will have a breakdown on each phone number and what happen with each phone number as well as a pie chart. Over here on the left we have a call details box. The call date is a date in time when the call was scheduled to go out. This set up on is a date in time when the call to set up. The recording is the name of the recording you choose to play. If you click on the link it will play the recording back for you. Caller ID is the number that appeared on the caller ID system and we have listed here the attempted and successful calls. Over to the right we have a pie chart that visually shows how the call broke down. The different caller boxes show the status of the calls. If you are not, sure what one of the mean you can click on the question mark next to it and it will give more detail. Below, it breaks down per call listing the phone number, last name, time the call went out, how many attempts and the in results 99% on the time it is successful. We have these unsuccessful calls here because the numbers that we did for this example are not working numbers. Unsuccessful calls are refunded if you are using our premium service. It takes about a day to get the credits back to your account. On the bottom you will see download report as CSV. This allows you to download all the info displayed on this page and into an easy use database but you could import into excel of any software for you or your companies records.
