Bleeding colors in a wash is a problem that everyone has, or is going to, run into sometime in their life. Here is how you can make sure that you avoid that problem for as long as possible, if not remove it all together.

Running colors in the wash is always frustrating, but I have a quick tip to stop running colors once and for all. If you're not separating your clothes before you wash them, then you really need to start it. First you're going to want separate your wash into colors and whites. And then, separate it from darks to lights. Now, make sure you never mix your reds and your blues, because if these bleed they tend to stain your other clothing. I suggest using a detergent that has color protection, because there's really not that much of a difference in the price between the generic anyway.
