No I am not going to threw out the garbage this is on not do the garbage. Take your paint tray put inside the bag tuck it down underneath pull it back on the legs. Now you got a great cover to pour your paint or you stand in on top.
Now using this method you can use oil, elted or latex have base paints. Now the nice thing about this you can go ahead and do your project, and then the events of your doing the project throughout the same day.
You can take the bag in actually turned it inside out and hold it until the next time has required. Unfold it and put it back unto your tray and you continue with project.
