I am Steve Turano welcome to this episode of body performance. People have been asking about food that is supposedly burn lots of calories when you eat them there for causing fat lost. Well there are probably foods, cabbage, celery things with lot roughage that actually take more calories to digest and excrete from the body than the united calories they contain. So if you ate them, you probably actually have a calorie deficit for the particular food.
But believe me if you eating cabbage soup or you are eating celery cottage cheese and you are eating this things and you are losing weight is not because they are causing weight lost instead of because you are taking-in fewer calories and those fewer calories is creating calorie deficit throughout the day and causing your weight lost.
Remember this, the fat that you have on your body is stored energy, it is stored fuel and fuel needs to be used by the body to be eliminated. So it is nothing you can do that, you can eat or take a pill or do anything that causes fat lost. You can take pills that will curve your appetite, you can eat a bunch of fruit of fiber that will quell your appetite as well. But in the end the reason why you lose fat is because you created a calorie deficit and your body is now using your stored fat as fuel instead of the fuel that is going in your mouth. Love your body.
