Hands soldering surface mount to circuit components with Schmart Board easy. One of the hardest things of electronics to use now is somebody’s really small circuit components and we have created the solution that will make it easier than what you have experienced in the past. First, we are just going to use a regular C capacitor which in the surface-mount world it is pretty big. Step 1. We are going to pull a littler bit of flux on the pads. The pads are actually lower than the rest of the circuit board and it holds the part in place after you place, and once it is in place you basically just put the iron down on the pad, and you melt the suter that is already there on the pad. And there you go. Now, that was an easy one. Let se if we could do something a little bit harder. Let us try a 1206 size capacitor. Again, we will just put a little bit of suter flux down, place the component into the groups and melt the suter. And, I will do the other side. And there we go. Okay, let us make this a little bit harder. Let us try a 0603. And, basically we will put down a little bit of suter flux and basically melt the soters that are already there in the pad. Now, with Schmart Board easy you can go down all the way to 0201 and that should be easier than you have done in the past with that is good suturing.
