Zuzana: So the next exercise I want your arms and it warms your obliques as well. I do not yet how many reps would be the best.
We would be doing an exercise forward. So, I do not know yet how many reps we should do because I did not try this one yet. But, I am going to do as many as I can and then I will do now.
So this one is—it is like when you do some salutation and then you jump back to your feet. But at this time you are not going to down, you must stay in this position and then jump, jump back towards your arms. So, I am going to try as many reps as I can and let you know.

Zuzana: I feel this part of perfectly the whole arms. I feel the burning here. I can also feel it in my quadriceps and the, of course it worse at the arms as well. Since like a great exercise.

Zuzana It is 20. Twenty now, it is really challenging. I still have all that strength. I am going to try for 30, but I think that is the limit. Think turn your abs is liked brilliant even though for somebody who is not trying to do that. I think one would be enough.
