Debbie: Hey Clean House fans, here’s our half-minute tip from Go-to Guy, Matt Iseman. Matt, this looks great! But is it safe for the kids?
Matt Iseman: Well Debbie, when you have children bookcases are great because they store anything from toys to books to whatever they need. But like you said, kids also sometimes use the mezzo ladder so that’s why you need to do what we in California call, earthquake-proofing. Basically, you secure the bookcase to the wall with a nail bracket. That means it’s safe for tremors and two-year olds.
Debbie: Terrific! Great tip Matt!
Debbie: All right Clean House fans, here’s our half-minute tip from yard sale muchacha, Trish Suhr. Trish, I have three kids, can you give me some tips on how to keep them organized.
Trish Suhr: Absolutely. The best thing do to with kids is clearly not having them file because they never going to do it. Cubbies work the best with children, you can put there permission slips, homework, party invitations and label it by the child. So, everybody’s responsible for their own stuff.
Debbie: Great idea. Can you come to my house and do this?
Trish Suhr: Absolutely!
Debbie: Yeah!
